Beach access was perfect, but the road was super narrow!

The view from the sunbathing dock was amazing, each morning, the sun rising over the mountains. The breakfasts were a dream too, having fresh fruits and pastries just steps from the sea created an lovely start to our days.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but totally worth it for the experience.

I had tasty and delicious breakfasts with option to sit outside and local specialties, as for instance.

We loved the feel of this brand-new hotel, very quiet! The room was a nice size and brand-new and included a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning and a personal safe. The bed was very clean; and there was a bathtub. Perfect location across from Kotor bay, all was absolutely great. And it was also short walk to lovely waterside restaurants, restaurants and grocery stores and which is about a 50 minute walk from Kotor.

Difficult access roads leading to the hotel can be stressful for drivers!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity. Some rooms have restricted views due to their positioning and can be quite disappointing!!! Limited front desk hours may be inconvenient for late arrivals!!!

This was a reliable pick for a fleeting moment in Kotor with good price value. Really enjoyed having sun beds right by the sea, perfect for relaxation. Be cautious driving down the narrow road to the hotel.

I had such a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful pool and the charming beach access right across the street! The vibe was perfect for unwinding after exploring, and I loved lounging under the sun. Just a heads up, the road can get a bit noisy in the mornings, but it's nothing that ruined my great experience. 🌞

Fine Views and Serene Environment

Enjoyed a lovely evening at the on-site restaurant with amazing views. The friendly staff even surprised me with a complimentary dessert. Be sure to. A great place for a peaceful getaway!

The location was excellent, slightly away from the Old Town but just a quick taxi ride away. The amazing view of the mountains and Kotor Bay from the sunbathing area was amazing! The staff was helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and arranging our travel. The pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the breakfast was a great value.

The road was very narrow and could be stressful to drive.

Nothing to complain about!

We stayed in the Beautiful Double Room with Balcony and Sea View for 3 nights. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with fine views of Kotor Bay-seriously, it reminded me of living in a postcard! It was so nice coming back to a perfectly cleaned room every day. There was just a bit of noise from the road in the mornings, a tiny distraction. But honestly, the gorgeous setting made it all worth it.

The staff's warmth and attention made a significant difference, especially when they helped resolve a Wi-Fi issue promptly. The delicious, freshly prepared breakfasts and the scenic sunbathing area by the water created a relaxing atmosphere. Navigating down the narrow access road to the hotel was a bit challenging, and there were occasional issues with room maintenance that slightly detracted from the experience. The calm outside offered a perfect retreat with fine views.

The beach access and the lovely outdoor pool were perfect. One minor thing was that the room door needed some maintenance, but it didn't take away from our fantastic stay overall 🌅
